Became Head Teacher of General Education & Communication for the Clarence Cluster of the North Coast Institute NSW, leading and creating programs, teachers and adult learning across the region.

Designed and delivered individual programs for long-term unemployed people, retrenched workers and young people at risk, before moving into communication and general educational training.

Worked across Aboriginal education, corrective services, personal development and drug & alcohol programs, designing and delivering learning and counselling for people whose needs were rarely met by conventional education.
